Did you check the adjustment is correct. Maybe back that one off a bit and re test the brakes. If it was all replaced recently except the drums, I'd check to see if they are not warped or out of round.

Dr diff. The kit is well designed and simple to install, so easy that my wife put them on. Pads are easy to get and the handbrake is on the caliper, also he does the handbrake cables that fit perfectly with no mods. It's a true bolt on kit.

Dr diff is the way to go. All he does is mopar stuff. I just got a rear disc kit, it's awesome.
