i sent it to a place in ct. i forgot the exact name. i will look it up. ran right about 340 for the front, back and ash tray. they do not chrome the place where the wood grain goes nice and there was a couple of pits. but for original parts they came out nice.

had two cracks. one in the back(see pic) and one in front. also alot of scuffs/nicks. evercoat maxim 2 part plastic repair was used on the cracks and sanded with 600. then cleaned entire console with gray scuffpad and sem soap/ then sprayed sem texture paint over entire console. sanded it like...

just painted on the texture coat. sanded with 600 now painting over that and so far it looks great! pictures soon.

i am actually doing this process now. already fixed two cracks with the plastic filler. next is to sand and paint with wrinkle paint. you spray it on then sand to get stock like texture. then dye the correct color. will take pics soon.

got mine from trim parts. it is a pre cut piece one yard in length. However, i am having a hard time getting it to fit. one side is longer. is that drivers side??? are you supposed to cut it into pieces?? a picture of one installed closeup would really help if anyone could take a pic. thanks!

here it is. if your wondering why the ground is red...it is from buffing single stage viper red. lol sure does make a mess! here is the problem area. it is coming apart i am about to dye all these parts soon, and if i can get a better piece i would like to. thanks

i am in need of the plastic piece that is held in by two screws and mounted on the drivers front pillar. it goes from headliner down to the side of the dash. i need a new one. anyone sell this or have an extra in good condition. color doesn't matter. mine was falling apart.
