Media blasting an entire car takes a big cfm compressor. Before you buy/rent blaster, see what cfm recommendation for the unit. Most shop compressors are only adequate for blast cabinet.

I also used the 5 second repair on a challenger grille. It was cracked not totally broken off, it worked great. Did several layers when gap was wide and sanded smooth. Did trial on storage tub lid and it was flexible and strong.

Don't bother. Most of them have hardened over the decades and aren't doing much good. Replacements aren't that costly. Many of them can be found at Mac's hardware, auto parts stores, or some surplus stores. Or new parts are available at RT Specialties, Stephen's, Year One or other sources.

That is common problem with the mopars. The nut on back side is main problem. The hole in post is little large for room to align. If the metal around hole is good then that is OK. There should be large washer on bolt/stud outside of the hole. There is a cage on inside of post to let the nut...

Get a book or video on how to paint. The Kevin Tetz "Paintucation" series is supposed to be good. Otherwise you get pieces here & there and miss something important.

On the corner of the roof, when you pull off the chrome trim the rust will be more extensive than it looks. Hit that with a wire wheel on grinder and it will find the rusted thin metal. Do that wire wheel on areas that are suspicious and you will know what you have. You have to get that rust...

I had the door on my 74 Duster that I couldn't get to close tight. Adjusted on the striker pin/bolt. Took it to the body man & he fixed it in a jiffy. Pin/bolt was in too far, he just loosened it and backed it out a bit and it was fine.

I have got fasteners and clips from RT Specialties. They advertise in Mopar magazines. and web site www.rtspecialties.net/. I have had good luck with them.

RT specialties has all the fasteners and clips for each model. I have got several sets of replacements for rusted bolts etc. They are packaged and labeled well.

Describe the parts broken. If it is the mounting tabs, just gluing will probably be too weak. I repaired some broken tabs by adding some spring wire as reinforcement with Epoxy Steel Putty to bond it all together. That seems to be working OK. I even used that to make a completely missing tab.

The first 3 gaskets & clips would be found at RT specialties. I don't know about the kickdown bracket, but Mancini does have some brackets and engine hardware.
