For those of you who ever need to replace these clips do not use a hammer and a punch to try and bend the points over they will just snap off. I tried this method twice and both times the points broke off. In the middle of the night it came to me just bend them over with good needle nose pliers...

This company "repops" has sent me some clips to try and repair the one that was broken, seems easy enough to do. Yep these came already installed on the whiskers and all are good except the one that's broken, I took it off and hoping I can find a replacement for it.

I am installing some of the cat whisker back on the 68 and when I got to the rear outer 1/4 window whiskers the passenger side top clip was broken off. Also the factory whiskers have two clips up there where as the replacement ones only have one clip. I am looking for three clips like these ones...

No I do not, it was in with some other parts that I bought off of an older swap meet guy who was retiring and calling it quits.

Hey Geoff don't bother looking for that rear seat back release lever spring. I went to the local hardware store and bought some music wire and made my own, it works great. I put a 15/16" bolt in the vice and used the threads as a guide to bend the wire around it and it looked just like the...

The spring is inside the seat. The rear panel has to come off behind the carpeted back, flip the panel over and the spring is between the release lever and the panel, there is a bolt that holds the lever in place to the panel and it is under the lever.

So the release lever for my rear fold down seat back in my 68 Barracuda was on the very sloppy side, so I took the seat apart to see why. I found the release rod was bent, the nylon grommet was not in the correct hole, and the lever return spring is broken. Has anyone ever seen these re-popped...

The PO of my 68 barracuda fast back had cut the rear carpet strait across from under the rear seat leaving the sides of the rear seat bare. I am looking for two pieces a minimum of 10" long and 6" wide to cover the void. If any one has two pieces of black loop carpet or even a piece at least 20"...
