My '69 Valiant 2-dr sedan is a great, inexpensive, all-around platform w/ the 'super cheap' vibe...tough and low maintenance For a great cruiser; '68 Dart GT/GTS convertible Piss-yo-self fun; the '68 Hemi cars

    Would you sell-out? E-Body for an A-body?

I admire the looks of certain years of E-bodies, but I wouldn't pay the money folks get for them. First, I am only 5'9", 170lbs- nowadays it would look like "Little guy, big car," syndrome. Second E-bodies were a constrainted/rushed product. They chopped the floorpan down and re-skinned the...

What's Your Favorite Clint Eastwood Movie?

"Gran Torino," "Perfect World," and "Thunderbolt and Lightfoot," are my favorites. But I like most everything he does, got to talk to him back in 1995 thanks to my dad who was working for him. Really a decent guy and down-to-earth.

My Duster on Power Block T.V.!!!!!

If I have to choose between a "Bean Pole' or a "Gum tree," I vote bean pole. Hell, my younger daughter is going to be 5'10"- 6' tall...and half-Ukrainian. Gotta a gun, a shovel, and a large backyard, too! Nice car, I saw it as well.

Chrysler wants more money,or pulling out of Canada

Their cars are ranked terribly in Consumer Reports, the want more bail-out cash here and abroad, and they dare make threats? Bye, bye Chrysler...they aren't the same corporation as 40 years ago, sad to say, I have no allegiance to them. Scr*w them.

    Layson's statement release

If Chrysler is so concerned about their "heritage," I wonder why they don't re-pop any old parts? God knows they'd sell better than their car/truck/SUV lines do...but then again, imagine what each parts would cost, too!

    Aussie A Body photos

I love the Aussie ute's; all the simplicity and beef with extra hauling space without the semi-white trash aftertaste of an El Camino.

    really bad mopar news

Since Chrysler snubbed Kerkorian and Iaccoca back in '97 when they tried to take over, then screwed them on the "Merger of Equals" with Daimler by lying and saying it wasn't a takeover (Federal Court awarded Kerkorian over $600M for Daimler's scam), that sh*t would make me laugh my *** off! Why...

20 Inch Rims on a Dart: Check it out

I've seen the Mustang rims adapted to A-bodies (17" & 18") that looked pretty good. That's as far as I'd even consider, though- potholes, debris, and just standard street use tends to twist/bend the "Super Ultra Low Profile" tire-carrying rims. Plus they ride like sh*t and make the car jittery...
