Not that any of us are made of money, but what you want are available new from Cragar. 14x6 in small bolt pattern is 08060 (direct fit, will need std washers) 15x7 in large bolt pattern is 61715 (uni - lug so will need offset washers) Spare tire = AAA.

A configuration of your existing exhaust may help. I have a Dynomax Welded (Flowmaster knockoff) that might work, but it is offset in and center out, which may or may not match your configuration.

I also have a set on a spare motor, that you can have, but let me ask a question: Why not take a loose bolt that fits, and hit the local hardware store? You could get some stainless, or allen head bolts, without waiting, and without shipping...
