    Request some help

There's a lot of expertise on this board about most any Mopar-related subject, but I doubt seriously if a judge is going to formally recognize anyone's opinions here about your monetary damages. They have to qualify and be recognized by the court as an expert. Remember how cute Marissa Tomei...

    Don't use these a$&holes!!!!

Thank you Joe! I tried to tie the tunes in with what was being pictured as much as I could. Since your motor was up on a chain, this lyric seemed to fit great there ... Stretched to the point of no turning back Thanks for watching it and for the props as well. I'm delighted you're happy...

    Don't use these a$&holes!!!!

I'm really not keen on being a narc ... but if the boss doesn't know what's going on then he can't do anything to fix the problem. I hope it all works out for the best.

    Don't use these a$&holes!!!!

Well thank you gtmopar!! Some might think of me as a narc instead, but the way I see it, customer service and a quality product are the ONLY things that matter. When one doesn't support the other, some heads need to roll ... and they always roll a little faster when it starts at the top. :D...

    Don't use these a$&holes!!!!

I just sent a link to this thread to Moser Engineering. Since Jaws is an authorized representative for Moser -- a company with a wonderful reputation in the industry -- they need to know what their reps are doing.

Why would the previous owner do this?

It'll do, but a 489 case is a better bet IMO.
  18. CudaChick1968

Why would the previous owner do this?

It's the cheap guy's version of a posi welding up the spider gears like that. Hopefully your axles aren't welded to it too.

    Shipping a rear end

"My guy" Tyler Sheff has done a lot of work for me the last few years whenever I needed something big sent someplace. Earlier this year he went back to his first love, piloting a tour plane or something. His wife Jill took over the business. I haven't needed to ship anything personally since...

    Quick ?

You are very welcome. Always happy to help if I can. Leaks aren't uncommon. Use some RTV Black silicone too.

    Quick ?

According to a '68 shop manual, the 727's "Transmission Cover Retaining Bolts" need 12 foot pounds. :-D I hope your gasket came with a new filter. Since you're dropping the pan, it's a good time to change it too. Good luck!

    Can anyone help?

I had mine done in south Louisiana but am not sure if the place survived Katrina or not (LOTS of flooding in that area). I'll dig up the receipt and contact info for you. I remember it was less than $40 and they speed balanced it to 190 mph.

Need photos of 727 lock up converter

The 727 in our 1983 Dodge D150 has developed a bit of a shudder between 47-55 mph. Tightening the bands and changing the fluid/filter did not really help the problem. There were no metal shavings or discoloration in the fluid, though there were a few small scraps of the paper in the bottom of...

    4 speed transmission oil choice?

Regardless of what weight oil you decide on, they sell these cool little pumps at the parts stores for about $4 that screw right onto the top of gear oil bottles, with a long hose you can direct the flow through. It even comes with an adapter or two to fit other sized bottles. It makes that...

    4-speed conversion

74Duster, you didn't come out and say you had one already, but Sherman & Associates makes a fabulous four speed conversion panel. When I bought mine, it was only $99 and the quality's outstanding. (I have everything needed to convert my Fastback over except for the guts to cut a bigger hole in...
