    Floor Pan Help!

Try looking up Auto Body Specialties in Connecticut, google it. I'm thinking they have some of the front floor pans, for the early A cars. I'm sure Layson's has them too.

Valiant four-door parts car -what to keep?

If the car is a 68 and up 4dr Dart or Valiant, save the frt. windshield trim, as it's the same as a 2dr post sedan car. Also if the car is a Valiant 4dr, the rear window trim is the same as a 2dr post sedan car (same back rear window.

    63-66 floor pan steel thickness

The correct is 19 gauge I believe. You could use either in my opinion. I am sure you can purchase the correct gauge metal but will most likely have to purchase a full sheet of it, but not sure.

WOW!!! Someone wanted these real bad!!!

As far as I am aware of..........all of these Nos parts did belong to Frank Mitchell, but he did pass away in 2014 after the CARLISLE show, I believe it was from a heart attack. RIP Frank. I am not sure, but the person taking care of his parts, but may be a family member taking up the...

    Trunk extensions

Just a FYI....... on the Early A body cars, the trunk extensions are different between the Dodge and Plymouth on the lower part of the quarter, as the shape of the lower quarter is different between the two. As for the fitment of the 67 style, they may work, with some slicing and dicing, and...

    Front Frame rail info needed

Is the buckle in front of where the K-frame is bolted to the frame? If it is, it probably only has bent front frame horns, where the bumper bolts to. It is just an imaginary guess, being I'm not there to view it. In my opinion, I think it would be better off, if you took it somewhere with a...

    Front Frame rail info needed

If you want to try to find out how far the front frames rails are out, is to get the frame dimension chart(s) usually in the correct year service manual for your car. There are locating hole's in all torsion bar crossmembers (in the bottom of the crossmember) and you will need a helper to...

Early A-Body 2 & 4-Door Sedan Vent Window Assemblies, are they the Same?

Hey Keith, I just looked it up in my Hollander manual....... and they are saying the 66 2 dr sedan window glass is the same as the 66 4 dr sedan too, same with the darts. I would assume the whole frame assembly and all are the same too, as alot of the Early A,B body cars shared some...

    Drip rails?

X2....... I would see if the rust would clean off with a few narrow (thin) wire wheel's, that you can purchase at Harbor Freight Tools, or a good hardware store. Just make sure you get the metal shiny clean, and without alot of pitting, or rust stain's, as it may try to eventually lift the new...

    Floor pan

I apologize to you Keith....... I have'nt had any time to do any reading and such, but just learned that Auto Body Specialty's have them. i don't know who is making them for ABS, but if they are coming out of the Sherman camp, were not a huge fan of their product's, alway's need alot of slicing...

    Floor pan

They do not make, the behind the front seat rear floor pan. The plymouth pan's are different at the back side, where the rear seat frame would lay against the floorboard. The bottom flat area's are the same tho, (Dodge & Plymouth) but nobody make's them yet. Something AMD need's to look into making.

Car and motor look real good, being everything is so expensive,it really burns you out sometime's. It has taken some of the fun out of it,if I WASN'T so into these cars and parts I MAY DO SOMETHING DIFFERANT. but it is all I KNOW. this site really has a lot of great people that has helped me out.
