    69 Dart 360 exhaust

Worth it is an opinion, depends on if you plan on doing more mods in the future. Why not use the 74-76 360 A-Body manifolds? They are much cheaper and flow pretty well... [FOR SALE] - 1972-74 OEM 340/360 HP exhaust manifold set

What's the cheapest way to install and exhaust system on a big block a body

No such thing as cheap headers anymore. We did big block B-body headers in a 71 Demon and had to cut several tubes on the drivers side and remake them. Only way to do a cheap header set-up is to buy them used and get out the torches and hammers...

    69 Dart/Barracuda 340/383 tail pipe size?

I found NOS 69 tail pipes at the Michigan swap in January and gave them to Gardner Exhaust to reproduce a couple months ago to go with the NOS 383 headpipes I gave them a couple years ago. They sent me the first set of the headpipes to bolt on my car and they were excellent! Can't wait to see...

68-70 340 exhaust manifolds install question

Just be aware that the passenger side is very close to the inner fender. I always lay a blanket over that side if I put an engine in with the manifold, as it WILL hit the inner fender no matter how careful you are being! The other problem is getting the bolt into the passenger motor mount when...

    69 Dart/Barracuda 340/383 tail pipe size?

Well I took a close look at my NOS pipes today, they are 1-7/8" OD and 1-3/4" ID. They do not have slots where the tips go in, so I don't know what the pipes are above. I bought these pipes in the late 80's and they had the part number on them that matched the 1969 Mopar parts catalog. The last...

    69 Dart/Barracuda 340/383 tail pipe size?

Don't know the part number of the top of my head but the tail pipes are 1-3/4"... What I meant is that the factory chrome tips were 1-3/4", so the pipes must have been 1-7/8" as the tips fit inside the tail pipes...
