Your best bet is the plastic dash cap. You glue it over your existing dash pad (if it's not all warped out of shape, if it is you'll need a core) and once done it looks completely original. It can also be dyed to match different colour interiors. Here's one for under $100...

Thanks for the info! Well it looks like I'll be adding a steering wheel to my wish list now, haha. Maybe someone else will need this one.. It's in perfect shape and has the dodge logo horn pad. Now that I think of it my old 71 Duster had this exact same wheel.

Yes that's the cigarette lighter hole. My 1970 swinger has it as well. The reproduction bezels aren't cut for them, but it has a boss on the backside where to cut it. Every 340 swinger I've seen had the extra cigarette lighter.
