    4 Barrel

Something isn't right in your cam specs, but I ran a stock 340 cam with 340 intake and AVS (port mismatch) on a low comp 273 back in the 1990s. Never had any drivability problems.

No, it's not too much carb. What problems are you having?

    4 Barrel

Article has one glaring error. ALL 1966 four speed Mopars left the factory with an Inland shifter, including the D/Dart.

    67 Barracuda gas cap

What are you looking for? They only had the flip-open from the factory. There was an optional locking insert.

    Will this fit?

NO, the straps are different. The factory 67 tanks are unique to that year only. The aftermarket tanks have strap indents for both styles (from what I have heard).

    67 gas tank

The 67 has a single mounting strap that goes from one frame rail to the other. The 68-up tank has two straps that are parallel to the frame rails. Some aftermarket tanks have indentations for both strap arrangements.

    A little helpl!!

That is the throttle plate shaft. It should be very hard to fuel to leak out there as there is more pressure to pull the fuel into the cylinders than there is to pull the fuel out to the atmosphere. The top of the carb looks wet, so I would say a kit MIGHT cure your problem.

    15 Gallon Tank?

To my knowledge (with is limited with 70s cars) a-bodies came with 17 or 18 gallon tanks depending on the year. I suppose a 15 is possible AFTER the first gas crisis (keeps people from panicking at the pump when the cost reaches a whopping $10).
