Well we put a new throwout bearing in. lightly greased the input shaft with ams oil syn. grease. We bolted the trans back up and fired the car while still on the ramps and stands, One float was sticking spewing some fuel so we ran it just long enough to push the clutch in a couple of times...

Well it's already in there and i can wipe part of the inside of it with my finger and it's a little greasy right now. So I can either try to clean it, or grease it.

Trust me, it already has oil up in the bell housing from bad oil pan seal... But clutch grabs well so...

What would you consider heavy? I believe we put a light coating of lubriplate on it last time.

Motors still in the car. Bushings still in the crank with the clutch pressure plate and bellhousing still attached.

What are your experiences/thoughts on this? I'm told not to by clutch manufactuers but...
