No just the linelock. I thought I had heard of people doing this, guess not.

Can you use the linelock to take the slack out of the drivetrain on the line? Thinking to reduce the shock on takeoff. Does that make sense? I guess mounting it to the steering wheel temporarily would be best as I would only use it at the track. thoughts? thx, kevin

Thx for thr replys, My buddy has a ferd stang with a 302/auto. He has it setup pretty good and just leaves me after launch. he runs consistant 13.50's at 97 and change, 60ft 1.8 avg. I just catch him at the big end. Automatics do leave nice... But I like sticks.

The M/T, 'SS's are not a bad street tire. They last quite a while on the street and are sticky enough to not get you into trouble if you decide to dump the clutch and nail it, (yeah 4speed guy here). I have G60 14's. I tried to use them at the drags without heating them with the same result...

I have to agree with someone else about test and tune or run what ya brung days. When you only get a couple of runs in normally, the 4 lanes would be great! Plus it's even more competitive to race against 3 other cars! More runs means more fun!

I had a friend that had a 69 ss chevelle with the 325 horse 396, auto and probably mild gearing. I raced him with my 68 Form. S B'Cuda FB 340, auto 3:23 gear. Both cars were bone stock and mine had at least 150,000 miles on it (when I bought the car from the orig. owner it had 145k). I beat him...

I might be off here, but with the cam (lots of duration), Relatively high gear, and exhaust manifolds, I'm thinkin High 13's with the slicks. Just call me crazy!!

I have read alot of comments on the centerforce. Many say they live just fine, others have had problems. I can't afford $1100 to $1900 for a race setup so centerforce seems the best compromise.
