That being said. If you are going to have your stock rods worked on "resized and bushed for floating pin and ARP Hardware." You may as well spend the $$ and get a set of Scat I Beams that are 4340! $$ better spent than having 250.00 into your stockers...

Sorry Hypers wont work for what I'm about to do. Also the Pin height wont work either on a stroker they will be out of the hole. The piston skirt will smash into the crank also on the down stroke.

IIRC, all 360 stock crankshafts are Cast not forged. Someone correct me if I'm mistaken.

I had a hard time finding one along with the F Lock trim. I ended up buying the clips to convert it over to 68 trim and bought the stainless trim off a member on this site. The 68 windshield gasket is easier to get. The 67 is a 1 year deal.

The magnum neck is alot smaller and the bolt spacing is different. The Thermostat is also different. LA water neck will not work on the M1 intake for the LA engine. Maybe you are overtightening it. Try it again but block sand the bottom of the T Stat housing first, clean it off, new gasket and...

I have an LA stroker but oddly enough the M1 intake uses the magnum style water neck. I used the cheap chrome one on it. I used a slight kiss of RTV sealant and tightened it up then let it sit for 24 hours before I filled it up with water and fired it off. Zero leaks.
