    Glass hood

I added the chrome trim(epoxied on) to make it look a little more finished, but it was good without it too.

    Glass hood

Thats where I got mine. It needed a little finish work, but is very nice. They re-inforce them well for bolt on apps, but you will still need lighter hood springs. I just posted a pic of my car with the new hood!

I like the vinyl, but as long as it's white. Painted would be ok, but as long as it's done right. (New,Clean, White vinyl is amazing looking)

    beyond repair?

Tough call. I would attempt to find a roof, but that might be tough? Nice car though, well worth trying to fix. The curves can be duplicated, but that drip edge looks intimidating, at least to me. Some metal guys might drool over getting to fix that, as they have the talent.

    Floor removal at junk yard

BE VERY CAREFULL =; I cut a whole floor out once, and ,thank god for the driveshaft, the car could have folded in half. Watch how you jack it up, as once the doors are open, and the floor is cut, you have NOTHING FOR SUPPORT good luck, you can do this =D>

    Opinions needed..Colour choice

Flat back, or semi-gloss hood would look good with a scoop. It won't wash out the grill, it will just make it look tougher. I love the plum-crazy dot dot dot

    WARNING! Windshield Gasket SHORTAGES!!!!!!!

There may be something to this, as there is a shortage of natural rubber right now. Tires I was paying 6 grand for, are now 10 and up, with long lead times(30 plus days). Off road equipment tires are being hoarded like never before, and I can't even start to find used ones.

68 stock dart hood and 340 hood scoops

My Uncle had an F-7 green, 69 Swinger, and he put those scoops on a flat hood. It looked WAY better than the Swinger hood. The big trick, is to position the scoops far enough apart, and back far enough.
  28. M

To pay or not to pay, that is the question

Only your skills, and pocket book will decide.
