I do n I decided to use them. Ponchos upholstery shop here in Tucson Az is using the old foam n building the foam up with new . I called n talked to Legendary upholstery n guy there says as long as the old foam isn’t powdery it’s still usable. So if your 72 buckets are good why not use them.

The factory steel core on my original pad goes down to the corners. On the frame there’s a hole on each side where the screws go through n attach to the steel pad core.

My factory dash pad has the screw holes at each lower corner. I hope the new one from Classic Ind has them if not I’ll drill a the holes. I ordered mine yesterday n was told it’s OER n has a steel frame I’ll post more about the quality n fitment once I get it Thanks for all the inputs

I have Rally Dash set made outa alum n carbon fiber design I call DMT n he says use RTV to attach. Duh me just like the direction said in the package I got.

70-71 seats has the springs attached to the frame so 70 foam on a 72 won’t work as 72 foam has the springs molded into the foam So when I take the old foam off my 72 seats you’ll see bottom spring but no back spring like on the bottom
