keep your foot out of it on hard starts. A 7.25 has been behind my 340 for years and it's still working fine, but it's not as much fun...

My car came with edelbrocks installed by the previous owner. The rest of the suspension is stock HD/340 stuff, and I am really happy with the way the car rides and handles... A firm ride but not harsh. Hope this helps....

I called SSBC before I ordered kit a153 on Wednesday and they said it does come with a proportion valve.... Not sure if w153 would have it considering it does not include a master cyl. I should be able to confirm whats in the one i ordered on Monday when the boxes arrive...

I have been inspecting everything on the barracuda I bought recently, and I noticed this between the steering box (it's a firm feel if that matters) and the column. What is it? Should it be connected? Anyone see any issues here? I have never had a box out so I am clueless.... Help please!

There is a good book that covers this subject as well as updating brakes all just by using factory parts... run a google search, I don't think you can buy it in stores. Performance Handling for Classic Mopars by Tom Conrad.
