73 Duster in local Pick an Pull

Looking at the photo again I didn’t notice the hood, it was up. The fender mount signal lights are gone. It must have been abandoned by the yellow tag on the windshield.

73 Duster in local Pick an Pull

It looks like it was a chick car. I poked around inside and found a ton of girly patterned shorty socks, couple pairs of panties and a couple articles of feminine hygiene products. But then somebody must have dumped a box of roofing nails all over. Very odd. it has the fold down rear seat...

73 Duster in local Pick an Pull

No. That photo must have been when it was delivered to the yard. All vehicles out on the yard are without wheels. They’re sitting up off the ground on welded Together rims.

73 Duster in local Pick an Pull

I check out our local pick n pull from time to time in case they have anything I’d like to have for spare parts. They have a 73 slant six Duster. Sad to know it’ll be crushed. It’s a solid car. A few dings but no major damage or rot. The grill is really nice. Some of the mounting tabs are...

What's not to love about a wife like this?

Hang on to that one! Our son has always dated cover girls. Beautiful but shallow as wading pools. He loves everything outdoors. We keep telling to to find a girl into what he enjoys. He’s found one now who loves to backpack, rock climb, fly fish, hunt.... and she’s cute as can be! She even...

What's not to love about a wife like this?

Dang, I won the lottery in more ways than I can count. These chairs are just a small example compared to everything else. She's my trophy girl for life.

    Steering box date cast

I’ve looked around online and haven’t found a power steering box with the same pattern of casting numbers. It’s out of my 70 Swinger so I assume the 70 is a significant date number or is that 1/7/70? I guess there’s a shift ID in there. What’s it all mean?

    Grave yard cars-Flabber gasted

Wow, tried to watch Graveyard Carz a year ago and couldn't even make it through five minutes. This recent season is so different. I can't believe it's even the same show. We were yelling at the TV when they forgot to connect to the fuel tank and couldn't get the engine to run but other than that...

Who can offer up some history on these. I've never even seen one until recently. The C pillar is a bit too stretched for my taste.

    found my broadcast sheet

I found three. One behind the glove box. One under the driver side front carpet and a very nice one under the rear seat. The one under the carpet was in good condition but stuck to the seam sealer so I left it as is. It was an old lady's car she bought new with no mice and over-the-tunnel full...

Son and Dad Mopars- proud of my son!

I agree. It's not a rare 1-of-something roadrunner or something. It's a 1974 318 Satellite Sebring with an awful repaint from before we got it. The girl I bought it from was apparently popular with the boys and not the other girls from what was keyed into the paint. I can't post most of what was...

Heading to a Scout meeting the day I brought it home. By the smile I think he already knew it would be his one day. I love seeing everyone's dad and son and dad and daughter stuff. Great memories...other than the bent up suspension....haha...like I never did that kind of stuff.
