I was just going to buy aerohead 452 heads from indy but thwy pretty much save for the ez.a i cant afford them so i will just go with the sleaths local performance shop uses them and seem like they have had good luck with them

Looking for input on these planning on buying a pair to replace my stock 452s My 440 has 509 cam m1 intake 850 carb The car runs 7.50s i was wondering what kind of et difference this would out of th box. Also planning on running there 1.6 rockers

They are reconditioned aerohead racing cast iron with 2.14 1.8 valves and port job should be a difference over the stock heads

I cant remember the number but they are call indy maxx they are cast there 599.00

Anybody running indys cast heads i going to buy a set instead of doing work to my heads my 452 heads are stock. The indy heads have three angle and bigger valves and bowls have been clean up The car runs 7.50s now what kinda of times will it run with the new heads

i ran the factory rockers with the mp 509cam and would i gain much more with a 1.6

I got the plugs and try them i do belive they help it out and they are very easy to read i leaned it out just a little and it seems to run cleaner and not loading up

thanks for the info i am going to try a set of those if i can find them i search them on advance auto parts wedsite and nothing so i think i will have to buy them at the local speed shop also should i gap at .035

it has autolite 85s in it going to try 84s

what kind of plugs do u guys run and what heat ranges 440 bored 30 509 cam 10 5 compression m1 intake quickfuels 850 i run autolites but i think it needs something hotter I was looking at autoliites 3934s but not for sure if they will fit my heads

also i have fiberglass hood and bumpers

mine weigh 3250 with me it and i had to add 200 pounds couldnt get it to hook. After that it went from spining to pulling the front wheels off the ground. The motor is 440 car is tubbed with ladder bars

the plugs were black yes covertor was for this combo it weighs 3300 with me in it and that 200 pounds of lead bags in the back
