You said you hammered out the studs, was there swedges on the studs? (I couldn't tell from the pic). If so, you might want to check the fitment on the new studs - if you haven't already, of course. When I replaced mine I was careful about cutting the swedges, however I still had to move up one...

When you cranked down the torsion bars, how far off the front bump-stops did you take it? (I've also got 68 4-door and ultimately looking to bring the front down similar to yours)

Another big thumbs-up on that headliner :thumleft: Really digging the stance on that 4-door as well. I didn't see any mention of suspension upgrades (maybe I missed it)?

I see in the photos that you had the Chilton's book nearby. I had that same Chilton's book when I had my '92 Dak and I'm pretty sure there wasn't a section in there that discussed cutting out the firewall and floor! :pirat: Cool project!
