It has been such along time I have no idea. I do know they are just cheap plastic, most likely all I could find or afford at the time. No identification on them that I can see.
Been working on them, going to put some nu finish on also. Doing the stang wheels and the Cuda wheels will be next. Hope my slots end up looking like yours.
Wheels make a car I feel. Had a 64 f85 Cutlass with hub caps and I put on some cragars and it made all the difference in the world, looked...
Love em, my favorite wheel for sure! Just spent two hours on a wheel from my mustang, looks like new. Think I will try the wax on top also. Cuda wheels next, just like yours. Hope they come out as nice as yours.
Did some research. Interesting stuff, many wax/spray comparisons.Looks like it works real well. Something I will be looking at if I manage to get fresh paint on the Cuda this year.
They also said it can be used with wax. Recommendation was to put the spray down first ,then wax on top. Shiney...
Was just at Canadian tire and there are many different scratch and swirl removers, may be color types too, not sure. I got some Mothers mag and aluminum polish as well as Mothers chrome polish and gave them a quick wipe. Excellent results, took stains off the wheel also. I had a few different...
After checking the interweb it seems that Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish is rated right at the top #1 on the pages I have looked at for what it is worth. Have used it before with success. Going to check out Rolite and Chemical Brothers also.
Hey guys, was just in the shop trying different wax I have accumulated over the years.Just wondering what people like and what you find works the best. Include what you find that is user friendly, lasts the longest etc. Have been partial to Meguiers products myself. What do you find best for...
Not quite sure what the question is but yes there are two pieces on the 68. They are the same or very close(someone can verify)) I think I have two lowers on mine. Should be body colour between the two. There is special mounting clips required, you should be able to Google those. Hope this helps.
So your going to settle for a fast back instead of a notcho?:angry7:
I will now go hide behind my shop while the chit starts to fly.
By the way nice car your are going to enjoy it!
Yup that is it, I have a pint of it home and it looks real nice, different for sure, but like you said would it look good on my car, against a back viynel(sp?) roof, bumble bee stripe etc. It does look good on big old Chargers.
This a 67 Dodge and Plymouth color, does anyone have a link or some good pics of a car, any car with this color on it? It is a very interesting color, one of those love it or hate it things, wonder what it would look like on a 70 swinger....
I kinda like the color that is on it. Its got that sleeper look with those steel wheels and caps but you get the feeling there is something mean there.
My 2 cents.
I bought wheel well molding from them on Ebay. The parts fit and I am happy with them but as far as communication with that outfit...forget it. I E mailed them 4 o 5 times trying to find out if my trim had been shipped and got no reply. After several attempts I got through on the phone and got...
