The 340 will potentionaly make more power. Where do you find one that doesn't need a complete rebuild? A 360 with a good torque cam would be my choice.

I have had great luck with DAYCO belts. My 360 used to throw belts regularly when racing until I used a DAYCO. They are hard to find sometimes but worth the effort
