Whats the recipe for the 318 used in the Mexican Super Bee's.....how did they get the 270HP rating. I am aware that they used the 360 later on but I am interested in the 318 for now. I am becoming more and more interested in these cars both A and F body variants...very cool cars! Thanks

Biff, The '86 OMNI GLHS was only available in Black. The Omni GLH and GLH Turbo were available in Blue, Red, Silver, Gold and Black. Never the less, which ever one your boss had, it was surely a HOOT. These cars are awesome.

The scoops, spoilers, wheel type and decals, that you have got going on, are all a great echoes of Trans Am racing....I'd go also with side exit exhaust like the T/A and AAR.............But let me tell you this those seats are awesome......please tell us where you got them.....those would work...

Maybe a 64-66 Barracuda or similar year Darts with the 3/4 vinyl top could actually pull off the "Targa top" look, no pun intended. Nice art work though!

Disc Brakes on an A-body mandated BBP on that car starting in 1973. I have a '74 Duster with 198/auto with front manual discs and it is Big Bolt Pattern. Nice find!

I think you are going to want a 4" back spacing at the most....3.75" would be even better. I don't know if they made those? Then you gotta jack up the rear to clear the wheel lips..

The car is getting the antenna shaved off, the door handles are going gen3 Corvette but I don't have a pic of the front bumper of a '70 Road Runner to show you, the bumper guards/strips are on either side. Plenty of google pics.

Believe me I would tackle this myself if I had the place to dismantle it and work on it without any problems. It does need the inner fenders. I have those as well as the front frame rails and torsion member. Just need the floors. It does have a sentimental value and it's unique, I think. Factory...

Say someone has a '72 Valiant 4dr that he just likes alot but it has a rusted torsion bar crossmember, rusty front floors, and rusted front frame rails and wants to get the car repaired. I guess a complete front clip would be the best way to fix it but not the only way. What would someone expect...

Check out my '72 Valiant. It's a factory two tone. Hope it gives you some idea. I think it's a sharp combo.

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the 2% reflected the entire A-body line (Dodge and Plymouth)for model year '72, not just Duster. Heres mine....I know, sorry, its a 4dr Valiant. Factory original paint...two tone TX9 on the bottom and EW1 on top.
