MY 69 had those same wheel covers. I thought it was some after market crap they put on it. I went ahead and put dog dishes on it.

Mine was driven before the resto started and will be driven AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE after the resto is done. Gotta take the ol' girl out and show off all the hard work!!!
