use the same size exhaust pipes as you collector.

with that size motor 2" headers would be good. they usually have 3 1/2" collectors. i put 3 1/2" pipes on mine and it was perfect with no more heat than any other size pipe. you don't really need a cross over pipe, they just let the motor idle a tad smoother. the bigger pipes will let the motor...

sell the "rare manifolds" and the small headers and use the money towards some bigger tube headers.

the frame is narrower in the 4-5-6 chassis by about 2".

seems to me that they would be better if the middle pipes went to the outside of the collector and the end pipes went to the inside of the collector, more equal length.

looks very simular to the factory bbd drivers side but it seems as though it angles back a little too much. you might try it on for size to see if it'll fit. let us know.
