i was going that route but would require to much cutting on my 67 barracuda... So I went with a 496 instead.

I have a 440 based engine in my 67 Barracuda. 2" tubes and they are a real Pain in the *** to put on. I have a total of 12 hours invested and they are on now. If this motor ever gives up I will ditch the big block and put a LS with turbos in it's place. Never will fight headers like this again...

That plan was for a 3 gen hemi and not the real one.

Well you talked me into it.. Having the fender wells cut out and adding the roll cage with coil overs to the engine compartment for clearance. Also a little mod on the steering column as the driver head hits it. going forward.

Well as much as it pains me to say this i am going to have to just sit the hemi in a corner and leave it. Gonna go back to the Gen 3 with twins...

Just putting together a 512 for my buddy GTX. Kit was from source and balanced. Had the local shop check everything and it was dead perfect.

WOW I skipped through this post some but I do have to correct one thing.. My 440 is out of a 72 motor home and is a steel crank motor... Not a cast.. And I am shoe horning it into a 65..

I was wanting to run a 24" tall tire on the front on some 15 X 3 1/2 rims.. I can get them in or out set and was wondering which way would give me the most clearance...

What front tire size combo are yall running and what kind of issues do you have? Photos will be great to see... I want to get my car as low as possible with the 440 in it and still be able to drive it...
