Will the wiring be an issue? Will it fit all A-Body Swingers, Barracudas, Scamps, Dusters, and Demons?

    Does this fit A-Bodies?

I picked up this dome light assembly from a '66 Fury II sedan and was wondering what other Mopars it might fit. Any ideas? Thanks!

Finally a Ford I could like!

Not only is it an unsuspecting 4-door sleeper, but it's an suspecting 4-door DIESEL-powered sleeper!

HELP! Bench Testing Vintage Car Radios?

^Same radio I have! LOL! That DOES jog my memory. I believe I need another wire to connect the (-) on the battery to the metal body of the radio to ground it. I tested several later units this way.

HELP! Bench Testing Vintage Car Radios?

How does one do this? All of mine are transistor, I don't have the equipment to deal with tubes. The first one I have is out of a 60s or 70s Valiant. I have it hooked up and the light is on, for the first time in over 30 years! All I have to work with is a red wire, orange wire, green wire...

    'Cuda and Challenger Louvers

Okay, This is for work, I work for Trim Parts now, we bought First Place Auto Products. I've trying to piece things back together since Fritz died and I've found some original "E-Body" pin posts and they are 4" long, yet some reproductions he had found are only 2 1/2" long. That doesn't seem...

    Picked up another car

SLANT 6?! Too many guys toss history to the wind and yunk out the Slant-6 for a big block. Not many Slant-6 E-bodies were made to begin with. I'd give it a chance! If the VIN and title good, and the frame isn't beyond repair, this can be a good project. The reproduction market is bigger now...

    What gas caps are these?

That is what I keep finding on all the caps. The handle is usually what is different. These were part of an estate I bought last summer and I tucked these buggers away and sold off the more profitable things and just never messed with these until now. There weren't any parts for Fords, but they...

    What gas caps are these?

Hey guys, I tried using the guides and searching the forums here and Google but I have yet to find a match. I'm certain the purple cap is mopar, possibly a '70 Swinger but again I can't find an exact match. The handle is different or the neck is slightly different. I'm not sure on the chrome one...

    What are these cars worth?

Some have those can be parted out but cars like the '71...straight to the car crusher. This makes me sick and yet I also wonder; just how long have these cars sat? Hell that '74 has more holes than Swiss Cheese! There is rust on the roofs of those cars like I've never seen. These cars are...

Englers's Junk Yard Crushing out 700 Cars. Located in PA.

I've got a friend whose father is looking for the front bumper and side mouldings (lower front) from a 1990 chrysler Town and Country. I know it sounds silly but its a one-year only car and its very rare. We can't find any of the Chryslers around here and I see some newer stuff in these pics...

What Are These Car Horns From?

Well these folks parted every car they ever owned and the only car fitting the vintage you guys are talking about would be the 1963 Plymouth Valiant. I'm guess these would also fit the '63 Dart?

What Are These Car Horns From?

I got these awhile ago with some various car stuff from the 60s-70s and I thought this was for one of the A-Bodies but I have yet to find a match. does anybody recognize these? They look older than the 60s to me, more like late 40s-50s. I have bench tested them and they do work.

Mopar's best engines. Your opinion and why.

I would nominate the 2.2 from the K-Car era. Wanna laugh? There were several cars from that era that are wicked fast and their light weight makes it very easy to accelerate. The Shelby CSX-T, Omni GLH, Shelby GLHS, Turbo Caravan, all are forgotten and often stepped on today. Purists and...

    Gas Cap ID

Hey there folks. I'm going through a box of gas caps and I know there was a thread somewhere here on FABO that showed the differences in A-Body gas caps and I can't find it. Does anybody have a link? Thank you! :burnout:

Englers's Junk Yard Crushing out 700 Cars. Located in PA.

Around my neck of the woods any cars of any make older than the early 90s is a rarity. Stuff just doesn't last in yards anymore. As for the Cavalier...that sounds even newer that what I'm looking for. Feed it to the crusher for a snack :D

Englers's Junk Yard Crushing out 700 Cars. Located in PA.

If you find any Shelby K-Cars let me know. I may be buying an '83-'85 Shelby Charger and you won't find parts cars in typical yards.

    AC or non-AC?

I have a dash wire harness out of a '70-'72 Plymouth and I have been asked this question time and again "AC or non-AC?" It came out a barn, the car was crushed likely before I was even born (I am 20). How do I tell the difference between an AC and non-AC dash harness on a '70-'72 Plymouth...

Englers's Junk Yard Crushing out 700 Cars. Located in PA.

It is always a crying to shame to hear stories like this. Pics would be great. Any idea why he is crushing? Is it government pressure or pressure from HOA's that built neighborhoods nearby? This is usually the case behind an old situated yard suddenly smashing everything. It happened to a famous...

    Anybody into custon 70's vans?

Around here, those vans have been making a comeback for quite awhile now. The early K-Car based minivans are also becoming collectible now and qutie rare for the very reasons mentioned here. Vans are always the first to get crushed and shredded.

    For Ugly Mopars Only

I don't mind most of the K-Cars. As a matter of fact, many of them are developing a following. Especially models with woodgrain (as fake as it looked then and now), convertibles, wagons, and the sportier versions such as the GLHS, GLH, 024 (very rare now), 2.2, and Laser. There is, however, one...
