George Foreman’s Dart Swinger Auctioning on Hagerty Not mine

Description mentions a golf cart fire near the right side. Heated and warped the front plastic, blistered the paint on the right fender and door. Still a clean sixer with some provenance. Who knows, you might be able to meet the big guy himself when after you win the auction!

Do you have a group of car friends you wrench with?

No. Company is distracting. One guy comes around with a beer, thinks that if I’m working on my car, I’m also bench racing. One time, he distracted me to the point where I unknowingly bolted a valve cover over a wire and pinched it. Took me two weeks to find the problem. :BangHead:

Do you push or pull your weld puddles?

I pull my welds, because that’s what was shown to me by an I-CAR certified welder. Not saying I’m good, just saying what I was shown, and my welds came out pretty nice.

    Dantes parts

I have used Dante’s twice. Interior trim order, all delivered as expected. Then ordered a dash cap for my ‘65 and wasn’t happy with the fit. Dante took it back, no problem, full refund. Then I found the carpet set I ordered thru him was missing a piece. He got it for me. If you look up...

Hellcat Rebel the ford Raptor don’t stand a chance

I have no doubts about the performance, Bob. Just my personal opinion since I’m not a “truck guy”. I’d rather have that motor in a ‘Cuda or Challenger.

    Mecum Harisburg

I saw the half hour Mecum show on Petty’s cars, it was interesting. Werner knew he had either Richard’s Or Pete Hamilton’s. Found some old interior photos and was able to identify it as Richard’s by where some weld points were. Dick fuckin’ Tracy right there!

I am really surprised this didn't kick up

Both my quarter panels are cracked on my ‘66. One was cracked on my ‘64 in the exact same place. Yes, these cars were produced for the masses and not expected to last 10 years. That’s why I welded frame connectors on my car.
