Moog k706 adjustable upper ball joints

These are nos ball joints. I don't know how old they are by I'm guessing at least 20 years old or more. The boxes say copyright 1962. It seams like the adjustment controls how tight they are.

Who makes most Mopar oem correct front steering parts?

I'm steering away from performance upgrades for now. The suspension its pretty much all stock. I think i changed 1 outer tie rod and the idler arm way back when. both lower ball joints are bad now. the bushings are all junk too. I just want it safe and stock looking.

Who makes most Mopar oem correct front steering parts?

Anybody know where you can buy the tri-castle nuts for ball joints and tie rods? A couple of the my originals are ok to reuse but the rest are stripped.

Who makes most Mopar oem correct front steering parts?

I'm trying to figure out who sells the most correct looking factory steering and front suspension parts. Seems like most parts are either cheap Asian parts or geared toward performance upgrades. Ive been leaning towards Moog. I've seen some nos mopar steering parts pop up on feebay for crazy...

    Uneven frame rails?

There are no real specs to follow that are going to help u. you just got to check one side off of the other and make sure that they are close to the same. then once you are happy with the frame/suspension measurements you fit the body panels together to where you are happy with the gaps and...

    Uneven frame rails?

Did you check to see if your frame is square? Measure from the holes in the bottom of the frame rails in an x pattern and from the floor up and it it will give u an idea what is going on.the car should be sitting on its suspension or a least level when you measure . I replaced the floor in my...

New rear leaf springs, Mopar, Espo, Eaton Detriot, or Hotchkis

That's some good info. I'm thinking of just going with stock steel wheels to avoid the trouble of tire rub. the 14x7 aluminum slots on my dart hit the wheel well with out the 70's hot rod air shocks aired up. there isn't much room with the stock axle and leaf spring set up. Seems to be hard to...

New rear leaf springs, Mopar, Espo, Eaton Detriot, or Hotchkis

Well it looks great. I think the pearl goes well with Yellow. My 69 came with black bench seat interior originally . The bench was long gone when I bought it. I picked up some 69 cuda buckets that I plan on redoing in the dart gt pattern. Black interior looks great but it's hot as hell in a no...

Checking Torsion Bar Anchors- is impending doom obvious?

its kind of drastic but i suppose if your really worried you could pull the carpet and drill a hole in the floor and take a look inside there. score yourself some body plugs and plug it up.

New rear leaf springs, Mopar, Espo, Eaton Detriot, or Hotchkis

ir3333 I'm loving that Y2 69. I was thinking about going white with the interior on my swinger. Is that a factory white interior car?

New rear leaf springs, Mopar, Espo, Eaton Detriot, or Hotchkis

ir3333 I'm not worried too much about the height other than its close to stock ride height so I'm not screwing up the pinion angle. My dart handled pretty good in stock form.

New rear leaf springs, Mopar, Espo, Eaton Detriot, or Hotchkis

My left spring is broken so rebuilding the springs is out. I'm pretty much leaning towards Espo. they gave me a quote for springs ubolts, front hangers and bolts shipped for around $400.

New rear leaf springs, Mopar, Espo, Eaton Detriot, or Hotchkis

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on buying some new rear leaf springs for my 340 swinger. It seams that everyone is using one of these companies on their A Body. Espo seems to be the cheapest. I'm kinda afraid of buying from mopar fiat performance,Hotchkis lowers the car and well Eaton is...

    Frame sagging?

Ussually the body only sags because of rust. If the door was like that when you bought it and the hinges seem tight you may just need to adjust the door hinges .

    Frame sagging?

If its not a glass adjustment I'd bet on the door hinges being shot. If you lift up on the door does it have a lot of play? If so time to rebuild the hinges.

I just checked the Schumacher website and its says the V8 center link has a 1 3/4 inch drop in it and the recommend using it in a V8 swap.

    Center link hitting oil pan.

I'm pretty sure the Slant six and V8 have a different center link.I have owned many v8 darts a a few /6 and the links appeared to be different. You also need the center sump oil pan.
