Hey guys having a cranking issue with my duster .. Car will not crank from the key I have jump from relay... Car is a 4 speed and I grounded the NSS and still no go from the inside .. What would be the next thing to check ?? It's msd dizzy 6al box in a 74 duster .. 360 thanks

Only thing that has changed is headers and starter clears headers I'm thinking its not kicking out far enough may just buy another and double check .. What year had the smallest starter?? Engine and trans were separated . But everything else is exactly the same as before

Sorry small block 410 . Starter is for a v8 . It worked fine before I thought maybe I installed it at worng so I pulled it out and put it back in and same problem.

Yea I pulled off cap while at tdc rotor is pointing right at it .

I have fuel getting to carb I have msd box 12v tied in to ballast resistor wires all spliced together .

Hey guys so I got a chance yesterday to take a look at the duster and found my problem , it wasn't the ballast resistor , I had a loose connection in wiring harness , steering column connectors are so brittle and crack but fixed problem and I'm all good now thanks for the help to all
