Well motor was delivered yesterday evening..I took today off started around 9 by 530 I was able to drive the new motor out the shop down the road ..started on first try not leaks no problem..a total of about 15hrs all together..I pulled it by myself had my brother help son did a little to to...

About 3hrs worth of work and it's ready come out..I've been struggling with either buy a diesel or fix this 1..I'm simplifying my life more and more so only make sense to replace with a new motor and warranty..don't seem as hard or as bad as most say but I'm not done yet so I'll see...
