    Chrysler starter spin down time

This is only a guess but maybe the hole is where a tag was attached with a rivet. I understand how you feel, I had a mini-starter on a Mopar, despite the advantages I missed that special sound.

    Lead acid batteries

I've had the same problem with bearings Doug, can't find ANY that are not made in China. And I had to replace both sides again within a couple years. About batteries, in the past I've had to replace my battery knowing I would not keep the car for very much longer, in that case I might go with...

About to Dust my Duster that Won't Start!

Just thinking out loud here, couldn't have anything to do with the seatbelt-ignition interlock system that was used in '74?

    OK, No Dash Lights

Sorry if this is a lame suggestion, but have you tried twisting the switch around, sometimes you'll find a spot where you'll get a connection.

New LED tail lights 69 Cuda

Out of curiosity I googled MVSS 108 -- I read it and I can see the requirements are there for good reason. Also see why there are companies who will do the testing for you because it's very complicated. It could be a great selling point for these lenses if you could say they have been tested to...

Wacky dash & tail light malfunction

Stopped for gas tonite, continued home, suddenly dash lights went out, tail lights/brake lights went out, and courtesy light in passenger footwell came on and stayed on. Finally something I did with the switch or the brake pedal got the courtesty light to turn off. Rotating headlight switch all...

    Turn signals quit

Not sure how it fits on other a-bodies, on my '65 it doesn't have a holder it just plugs into the connector it's wired to, there's plenty of space for it where it is behind the ashtray assembly which is held on by 3 screws.

    Turn signals quit

'65 Barracuda, turn signals quit. Brake lights work. But if I activate the turn signal the brake light on that side will turn off. My Dad says it's probably a fuse but looking at the fuse block there is no fuse marked 'turn signals.' Ideas? Thanks as always.

Such as thing as factory power windows on a 2-door '74?

I do remember that the Dart "SE" model around '75 was pretty plush, they had wheelcovers that mimicked Mercedes. Maybe power windows was an option on those but I've never seen it personally.
