The radiator is up front for best access to fresh cool air. If the heat running through the engine bay is a concern you can fabricate a hood/cowl/fender hot air extraction vent.

I misread what you said. I thought you had open engine compartment air going into your cabin area. ^Straight has it straight... HAHA. This is the very reason why. Plus the non AC stuff is smaller. I want to clean up the look and reduce weight.

Sold new on FABO? Where?

What would I need to gather if I wanted to rip out my original AC system and replace it with a heat only system. What can be kept from the old system? Anything to be made aware of in doing the swap, be it wiring or vacuum hoses or ???? Thanks

I am shopping around for a new radiator. Any recommendations? wont be pushing over 400HP when built. The cheaper the better.

Let Michael Bay direct it... Hey-o.... seriously though. Have you pulled it apart and looked at it. The motor could be all gummed up and need a good clean and lube or a rebuild. If its sputtery it could be a faulty ground. lot of options.
