So just remove those 4 bolts pull back and drop the driveshaft then pull it from the diff? Do I need to worry about the flange or the diff?

If you are referring to this Amazon.com: ATP YC-100 Speedometer Cable Make Up Kit: Automotive I personally installed one of these and it worked great. Just need to be careful when cutting it.

As I side note to the speedometer cable question. Can the "orings" at the transmission side be replaced or does the whole cable need to be replaced?

This shop billed themselves as a restoration shop. Unfortunately I think they sold me a bill of goods.

What I did was remove the glass 2 bolts holding it in. Then there is a track at the front with a large nut. Then 3 or 4 holding the crank. Lastly 1 towards the back. I found it was easiest with the seats out. The back bolts is hard to get at with the seats in.

I lost one emblem for my 65 Barracuda in my accident if someone should happen to have more then just the one.

My 65 is a metal housing, gasket and lens cover. Center of the casing is hump with the bulb in it and a weatherproof wire connection coming out the back that feeds into a hole into the trunk area. There are 2 screws that hold the lens on and 2 bolts that slip into those slots to hold the frame...

I remember reading somewhere that there is a cup that can be removed with a sponge or foam under it that needs to be oiled. The cup can be found on the top of the speedometer housing. I could be wrong on this though as I looked at mine and I did not see anything but an indentation.

You are correct on the rebuild kit not being completely correct you have to reuse the spring clip and may have to reuse the "weights" (t-bar pieces that the spring clip pushes on). I used the later kit and all I had to reuse was the spring clip everything else went perfect.

No they do not go up to the rail you are showing in your pic but it looks like your spacing between quarter window and front window is tight. This could be causing the front windows to not sit properly. I fiddled with the window adjustments forever and still have a little alignment issues.

They do have them. I to am looking for the floor pans for my 64 Valiant 4 door. The are 100 and change for each side before shipping. They also have the rear pans but in my case the rear was good.
