Eddy 1406 pissing me off (LOL)

I have the eddy triangle air filter and never had any problems with heat. I like my eddy. The only thing I don't like is its not a spread bore like the thermoquads. Anyone have an extra tq laying around collecting dust for cheap?

    Gasket for sending unit

advance auto has them. I got mine last year for my 74 duster and it was cheap. 5-10 bucks. fuel level sending unit gasket or lock ring kit. it worked great. They are basically a use once type deal because the tabs get bent with the pressure.

take the ethanol out of gas by yourself

a friend told me that if you buy a 5 gal beer/wine making glass jug and fill it with gas, if you let it sit awhile- the ethanol will seperate and you can just syphon out the crap and have good straight gas. Havent tried this yet, but it sounds feasible. He said it didnt sit long- just a week or...

need baseplate for thermoquad 750-maybe bushing kit?

Great! Is there a kit you can send me? Would be cheaper to send kit then a round trip for carb. The carb was just rebuilt this spring. I rebuilt it. Im a novice at it, but it works=for the most part. I got it off ebay and trying to get the choke to work right. I think the vacuum choke and the...

need baseplate for thermoquad 750-maybe bushing kit?

I need a baseplate for my 750cfm thermoquad. I noticed that I can basically get the engine to run decently smooth when idling. When I go to give it throttle-it stumbles/ hesitates, etc. I found out after 2 days of messing with it that the throttle base plate-bottom shaft- moves when I use the...

OEM 360 High rise intake?? Police/FBI-worth?

I was at my hideout yesterday of a salvage yard and the guy showed me an intake that he said wwas for a 360 FBI car. It still had the huge thermoquad on it and the intake looked like it was a hi rise style intake. It looked stock from what I could see. Couldnt tell if it was a single plane or...
