We have been making some slow progress on the car.We replaced one floorpan got the down bars bent and some xbars mocked up.We cut out the firewall where the windsheild wiper motor indent,to help smooth the firewall.Cut the donor dash into six peices to fit the down bars.Decided to lower the car...

This car is going to be street driven,this is my sons first car.He is 15 yrs old and will be getting his license next month.We are building the car with a good foundation in case he gets the drag racing bug.Here are some pictures of the rear tires and rims we are going to use.

Still cold here in the north,But my son and I was out in the garage brain storming.We sat one of the seats in so we could get some measurments for some seat brackets.Nothing better than to watch your son eyes light up .I just invision the motor sounds going through his head.Hopefully warm...

Finally warmed up. Made it to the garage and did some much needed work. Removed the outer wheel housings and trunk extensions.

Finally got the four link brackets,so we were able to get some final measurements to build the rear frame rails.Still working a lot of overtime so not getting as much done as we would like to,but making some progress.
