I havent got a pics yet but its just large head screws that keep the bezel from falling forward.They do not have a shoulder and there is nothing they clamp to,they just screw tight to the dash frame and hold the bezel from sliding out.The other screws are what actualy tighten or clamp the bezel...

I will see if i can get some pics tomorrow but the scews are just a large head that basicly holds the bezel in,they do not clamp the bezel in place.

Interesting,now that I think about it Ive seen alot of darts with rear arm rests but never a duster?.

O.k.,this is crazy but I havent found a single person/wrecking yard that can tell me if a heater box from a 73 up duster is a bolt in for a 71.Anybody here swapped one?,I know the heater core part numbers are different but Im looking for some real world answers,thanks for any help!.

Hopefully they will make them for the duster before I need to do mine.

I just saw they are making reproduction dash bezels for a body rally dashes,67-70-wow these are sharp for $425!-I will be waiting for the 71-72 at that price its better than a restoration.

The biggest difference is the hazzard light switch is located on the dash in 69 and below cars where the 70 up was on the column.There was also the cigarette lighter hole-my 71 duster has the lighter in the ashtray assembly,not on the dash like the earliers.

I believe the floor is shaped that way on the drivers side for catalytic convertor clearence.If you look at the reproduction four speed hump they are designed off of a later model a-body (to fit the buldge) and have a gap when you use them in an mid 70s or earler car.You have to hammer them down...

I would like to see that-Im on a budget also and there always time to do it over.
