Car only turns over when the turn signal is on

My car will not turn over and attempt to start without the turn signal being on. Doesn't matter whether it's left or right turn signal just as long as it's on. Anyone ever had this happen? Tried everything I can think of and can't get it fixed.

What do you use to clean the circuit board on your instrument panel?

Are you trying to clean the copper portion? If so find a pencil with an eraser and it will clean them right up. You don't have to be aggressive at all.

I was going to solder the old ammeter wires together and try to upgrade my under the hood charging system wires. What is the best way to send power to my instrument cluster when I unhook the ammeter? Is tehre...
