I've seen a few dudes that weren't hi impact colors and I've seen several hi impact colors and white textured tops on non dude trucks...they are all cool tho.the first one i remember seeing was pale yellow black top and stripe.

I sold s decent one at mopars at the rock for 140$...I think 300$ is too much unless it's a new in the box one or something and then I wouldn't even want to use it.

Runs great with all the lobes in sync...runs better than with the edelbrock intake and carb,AND worn lobe...also a couple towards the rear were starting to cup the lifters. I put a very good 2 barrell and factory 71,72 single plane intake,and a refreshed 71 318 heads. Also drives a lot better...

It changed to H in 70...I bet someone looked at a 70 and thought..."dang 383 hp dart" somewhere in time.

That's right I've had several 69 dart customs,and kinda liked the trim....still took it off tho. 70 and up all customs I've seen were 4 doors.

I put the stock cam & heads on mine today and should have it running again tomorrow...I'm just going to drive it until I can sell it.

That's right...it's an old comp cam too and all other lifters and lobes are nice with minimal wear.

It was a comp 268 h....now a 248.5.

Found out a new way to polish the inside of the timming cover and oil slinger!...you put the felt oil catcher (that usually goes in the back of the balancer if you're a normal person with no ambition) inside the timming cover between the seal & slinger and then drive 20 or 30 thousand...

Exactly right...I'll never sell my 73 318 challenger either.and yes bbp a bodies deffanantly need a ton of rear spacing on they're fronts!...to make up for that wide track

WAY rather have the challenger for the $...front tires on the duster stick out like a 4x4.

Pistons look great and bore still looks perfect....I'll check today on how far in the hole they are. .030 and part number on piston 258 or 268 i think with small valve reliefs.

I noticed that but that's not the head that had the problem...it just about has to be valve trouble tho...the heads will see the vet b4 i use em on anything else. thanks!

The j head was on the rh side

Pulled the heads.51 days apart and 2.02 intakes.look great. it started popping through the carb so I did a compression check...65 lbs in 4 & 6 and didn't find anything wrong...wts ???

For the record mopar action is the best...even if it is 7.99 an issue.
