Design the intake like the big blocks so you don't have to drain the coolant when you change intakes.

What carbs do you have? I installed two Edelbrock 650AVS2 on mine. I am sure it would end up faster in the 1/4 with a pair of holleys. But I don't have the money for 2 Holly's right now. Lol pluse I bought two of the edelbrock on sale awhile back cheaper than one holley.lol

as long as I get it back when you are done with it. I have a BrandNew in the box Weiand tunnel ram you could throw in the mix. It will need to be ported though.

My take on the oiling system crossover tube for the small block

Couldn't you pull the intake and manually prim the oil pump and see if the oil is leaking around the lifters?

Edelbrock Performer RPM (7577) and 360 Magnum CI heads

Sounds like its going to be a nice engine when you are done. Also my magnum engine had ported Engine quest heads on it when I bought it off my friend. He raced it 2 years with the EQ heads on it. I put the trickflow heads on it after I got it from him

Edelbrock Performer RPM (7577) and 360 Magnum CI heads

I could say go for it. But not knowing what's all been done to your block etc. I would do what Rumblefish said. It's been a long time sense I put the trickflow heads on my magnum 360. But if I remember right the KB107 pistions were right at deck height or a thousands or two below it. I am useing...

    Magnum 360 build. (HP/tq?)

The first thing I learned to drive at 8 to 10 years old was my grandfather's 420 John Deere Bulldozer, then tractor then his 1/2 Ford truck with a stick. First time I dove the truck loaded with wood to the top of the cab. I popped the clutch and broke the rear drive shaft yolk. Lol

    Valve Cover spacers

I have fabricated valve covers on my Trickflow heads and the covers clear my Indy cylinder head single plane intake. Sorry I know thats not a answer. I would recommend you contact Pittsburgh Racer. He runs that intake and he might know the answer to your question

    Kevco Oil Pans

Good looking pan. Double check your oil pump pick up. A member on here that built a stroker 408 for his dakota said his plate was warped bad. Had to have the plate miled flat. Other than that he seemed to like it. I bought the same kevko pan as the one I was warning you about. Mine cake in with...

Suggestions for new design Aluminum Mopar SB clean slate (kind of) cylinder heads

My 91 V8 Dakota had a serpentine belt on it. But I am useing that water pump on my 360 magnum and driving it with a morose electric water pump drive

Edelbrock Performer RPM (7577) and 360 Magnum CI heads

You need to send that intake to Pitsburgracer and have him do his porting magic to the intake ports. But cool build nonetheless. The as cast ports of my indy 360 magnum intake needed some porting to match the Felpro intake gaskets I was useing.
