Misrepresentation in the "for sale" section.

Let them know; but keep in mind that it is easy to miss something on a car. I am sure they would correct their ad when they find out they made a mistake.

Have you talked to DTS in Ionia? They seem to be experienced. I had them build me a drive shaft and it turned out well. It doesn't hurt to check around.

That's a sharp Gold.....what year is it? If it is a '73 (which I think J is) Y-6 is listed as "Golden Haze Poly".

Let's See Your "Sunfire Yellow" and "Honey Gold" Cars!

Thanks for the response! It is definitely darker than y-2 sunfire yellow; although it looks lighter than y-3 Honey Gold....lol After seeing pics I have to agree that it is y-3 Honey Gold..... 3 of my '73's are Y-3 Honey Gold and my '72 is y-4 Honeydew.....they all look the same to me....

Let's See Your "Sunfire Yellow" and "Honey Gold" Cars!

I am looking for pics of Y-2 Sunfire Yellow and Y-3 Honey Gold cars. When I am checking paint chips, too me, my car looks like Sunfire Yellow but the paint code is Y-3 Honey Gold. What do you think? Is this Honey Gold or Sunfire Yellow? Am I starting to go color blind? On this paint...

    Teenagers / Classic Cars ??

My daughter will be driving in a few years and the plan for her is a Duster with a slant; although she will have fun in the winter with rear wheel drive! With her time and effort going into the build she will take care of it.

    2 Part or Not 2 Part a '72 Valiant

I just did a mini van and got nearly $600 for it; and to top it off the scrapper is just a few miles from me. I couldn't bring myself to crush it. I enjoy these cars way too much.

    2 Part or Not 2 Part a '72 Valiant

Yes Honda's are my favorite bike; although I find myself with only one Honda 85 Rebel and 2 Yami's xs400's. Great looking Swinger. That's what mine would look like if it weren't in primer.

    2 Part or Not 2 Part a '72 Valiant

Thanks for the reply. I like buying them and find it hard to get rid of them; I have kicked around the idea of selling this one for at least a year. I will be removing the engine/trans soon and listing it. I will be selling all my stuff except the Duster this engine is going in and the B body.

    2 Part or Not 2 Part a '72 Valiant

Ok I have realized I need to down size; I current projects I have include 12 vehicles, 2 tractors, 3 bikes, and I bought a house to fix up. So I need to part with almost everything. My question is Should I part the '72 Valiant or sell it as a roller, without motor/trans? I parked the...

    Tesla motors

I have been a fan of the Tesla for a long time. It is the best electric on the market. I believe the car was named after Nikola Tesla whom I wish were alive today; his knowledge of electricity would do us good! He was so far ahead of his time that no one understood his inventions. And very few...

anybody got a good way to degrease a K frame??

I would contact a local pressure washer company and have them hit it with high heat. I used to do this until I closed my business in 2005 and would have been able to direct the heat and water into the areas you are talking about. Although it wouldn't be able to hit all spots it could do the...

    Lets talk abt 1st cars!

In '88 mine was a 1973 Valiant 4 door / 6. It lasted me a couple days until the rod went through the block. I guess I bought the wrong $200 car. The first day I had it the torsion bars rusted through. I lived 2 blocks from school and wasn't driving it very far.....
