None of them work for crap. The only real way to stop being tracked is to install a GPS blocker and they are limited. You CAN find reliable equipment if you go to a Spy Store, but there are so few nowadays. Most of them will let you rent the equipment.

Thieves go right thru chains. They cut the locks or use a master key.
