I have a complete dash (metal frame/bezel/gauges ect....) from a '67 Barracuda. I want to set it up in my 74 Duster. I have a few hurdles. -If I send out the rallye gauges for rebuild/re calibration will they be safe enough to use? Most concerned about water temp and oil pressure gauge...

your cuda would have the round Rallye style dash speedometer, I'm trying to do 150 to a standardard 70 and later square speedometer. So it looks like a 67 GTX speedometer.

anyone ever converted a standard square A body 120 mph speedometer into a 150mph speedo. I'm sure it would be easy enough to have a custom layover 150mph face made.....but as far as calibrating the speedometer goes does anyone have any suggestions?

yea those are all the ones I already saw, they only have seat foam for 70-71 duster nothing for a 73+ duster

I'm having a hard time finding new seat foam for the bucket seats in my '74. Somebody has to make new foam, who has a hookup?

for sure mp3 players and I pods are the way to go, you can hide the unit wherever you want...like the glove box or underneath or behind the dash then run the input cable wherever you want for your Ipod.

Dye will lift if the surface is not prepared right, just like paint. When the dye is applied correctly it looks and adheres just fine. Follow the directions EXACTLY and spend the most time cleaning and prepping the surface, getting into all the little cracks and crevices.

What is the difference between 70-2 bucket seats and 73+ bucket seats? My foam is garbage in my bucket seats for my 74 duster and was wondering if I could use the early style foam in my seats since it is impossible to find replacement foam for 73+ seats. I know there is some style differences...

will 70-72 metal sail interior panels interchange with the 73-76 plastic ones. the plastic ones in my 74 are broke and I would prefer metal ones anyway. anyone see a problem with finding an earlier set for my duster?

Yes there are screws around the cluster that you have to remove, three at the top and three along the bottom of it. you also have to reach up under the dash to dissconnect the speedometer cable(just has a plastic clip on it you can feel) and you also have to remove the headlight switch (reach...
