I have a 68 dart. Same engine compartment. My 75 318 has 71 e-body 318 manifolds. I think the drivers side has more room. I have manual steering box,manual brakes 1986-mini starter,B & M shifter/cable. 2 1/4 pipes off the manifolds. I like also the clearance around the driver side spark plugs.

I'm running Hughes cam #HMC1326AL,.485/.518 lift in my 318 with #302 casting heads and stock rockers and pushrods. This motor has seen 6 grand several times !!! No problems with anything !! Best cam I've ever ran in a 318 by the way.
