My '65 Dodge Dart/Coronet Factory Service Manual doesn't cover factory a/c for the Dart. I guess when it went to print factory air wasn't going to be an option. The Coronet system is completely different. Anyway, wondering if the '66 manual covers factory a/c?

Anyone know of a source for at least OEM quality vinyl top material for a '65-'66 Dart GT? My recollection, and it's been a loooong time is that the original vinyl material had a diamond grain. Someone with an original vinyl top please correct or confirm my recollection.

The heater Vacuum Control Canister doesn't work to pull the water valve to "on" on my '65 Dart GT w/factory air. Are they repairable or where might I find a replacement?

Anybody been able to restore the hood ornament on a 65 Dart? I've tried bending the 3 tabs back with no sucess. Thinking about just cutting them off, restoring and gluing the assembly back together. Any ideas welcomed, including where to find very good used ones .

When the upholsterer was installing new skins on my front seats, the driver's side button (the rectangular piece with chrome surround) tabs broke. Anyone have a white one? ... but I'll take any color since I can dye one white.

The instructions on my new Pertronix 1.5 ohm 40,000 volt coil says to eliminate the ballast resister. I have the MP Orange box Electronic Ignition conversion. Do I need to eliminate the ballast resister or just bolt the new coil up? Thanks, Jim Davis

I installed a Wilwood disc brake conversion in my 65 Dart & ran all new lines with a GM proportioning valve. I 've been using a rebuilt disk brake m/c from a '72 Dart but it sits so close to the exhaust and gets so hot that it leaks around the top seal so I'm installing a Mopar Perfromance 15/16...
