    New (old) Station Wagon

So I’ve missed having a wagon since I sold my 66 Valiant wagon a few years ago. I saw this one come up on Marketplace and it looked really familiar. It used to be mine, sold it in 2016. I made a deal with the seller and made the 200 mile trip East to get it. I handed him the cash and he handed...

    Fauxmando 273

My buddy came up with the best name for my engine. Fauxmando 273. It’s actually a 318 2 barrel. I had the parts and wanted to dress it up a bit.

    My Favorite 67 Valiant

I was at the Oak Harbor, WA Mopar show today and saw my favorite 67 Valiant again. The gentleman that had it there is the original owner who special ordered it while he was working at Chrysler. It’s been nicely restored to original and he still drives it.

    My New Mopar

So I decided to sell my 66 Barracuda (my first car) because I wanted to actually drive an old car instead of looking at a torn apart project car. It was time to get my favorite Mopar, a 67 Plymouth Belvedere. This car has a supposed 17,000 original miles. It’s a Silver Special with a 318, auto...

    Wheel/Tire Combo

I’ve still got lots of work to do on my car but I think I like this set up. Original Hurst mags with E70-14 Good Year polyglas tires. I have the trim rings, but I kinda like the look without them.

    Pics From My Saturday

I went out to my friend’s house and then stopped at a wrecking yard. My friend has a lot of Mopar cars and trucks. None are really for sale, most are “going to be fixed one day”.

    Help I.D. 4 Speed Hump

Trying to tap into the vast knowledge of FABO members. I picked up this 4 speed hump along with a c-body 8 3/4" today. It looks Mopar to me, I just can't identify it. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Graham, Washington Sunbust Show

Thought I'd share a few pics I took this morning. I was there early so I only got a few of the early birds. If anyone else has more pictures, please share them.

    1965 Valiant V200

Not that I need more cars, but I bought this 65 Valiant yesterday. It's a super solid car with original paint and a 340, 4 speed and 3.91 geared 8 3/4. My friend put this car together in the early 90's and it's changed hands a few times. Now don't get me wrong, it needs some love but it's a...

Anyone going to the show on Sunday? I just happen to be in the area in the Valiant wagon so I was thinking about stopping by.

Thinking of Selling a Couple Cars

I know I'm fishing here a little bit. Here's the story, I have a 3 car garage and 4 old cars. I can't handle seeing a car sit outside in the elements. I recently was handed down my Dad's 63 Studebaker Avanti that he bought new. It needs work, but this is the car that made me a car guy...I've...

    Drag Wagon!

Last weekend I took my 66 Valiant wagon to the Goodguys nostalgia drags. A little about the car, it's a factory 273, 4 speed, 8 3/4 3.23 Suregrip. I was hoping for an E.T. in the 15's, but it wasn't meant to be. It was about 90° at the track and my first time racing a 4 speed. We only got one...

    Gig Harbor, WA Car Show

Went to a local car show today at the local shopping center. It was a pretty good show with some fantastic cars. I had some things to do earlier so I didn't take the wagon or truck. I saw 70DartMike's 2 cars but not him.

    My Old Stationwagon

A friend sent me a picture of my old wagon. Apparently the owner was in a fender bender and she is ok. Not sure on the status of the car.

    Dug Up Some Old Pics

I was going through some old photos and decided to scan them. Just a few of the Mopars that I used to own and the 66 Barracuda that was my first car and still own.

    New Dart Wagon

Just picked up a 1965 Dart 270 wagon off of Craigslist. What a great car! It's got an older repaint, but other than that it's a pretty original car. Odometer reads 85,000 and change. Came with re-chromed and detailed plastic dash trim ($$$), new windshield gasket (that it doesn't need), 3...

    Bought a Sweptline Truck

Been looking for a nice older Dodge for a while when a friend told me about this truck. Bought it off a used car lot in Yakima, WA. It's a very original 91,000 mi. truck with a 318, AC, PS, PB, bucket seats, lots of trim (Adventurer) and a cool vintage tonneau cover. Glad I waited for this one!

    Dead Dart

I walked out the door of McDonald's today to find a 64 Dart GT with the hood up. I asked the family standing by what was wrong and they said " motor blowed up". I took a look and sure enough, there was a hole in the side of the block big enough to stick your hand in (or let a rod out). I started...

    Sad Day...Sold the Wagon

I really loved my 64 Valiant wagon (Herbert). I named it Herbert because the carb whistled like Herbert the pervert on Family Guy. Passed it on to a friend of a friend who is equally excited about the car. I got what I wanted for it and the buyer is happy too...win, win. Time to fix my Fairlane...

    Help I.D.

Can anyone help identify this switch? I think it is either a 64 wagon rear window switch or a rear defrost switch. It came with a parts lot I just bought. I will be posting ALOT of 65 Barracuda stuff soon.
