    Lunati 704

Has anyone ran single valve springs instead of the doubles the recomend? If so was there any issues? I think it's too much spring and may be collapsing lifters at high rpm. 513 intake/ 533 exhaust.

    Valve spring options

I have a Lunati 513 533 lift. 234 242 duration vodoo cam in my 71 340. The double springs that came in the kit are too much for the lifters. Did the break in with the singles and all quiet. Put the doubles in and once the motor heats up they get noisey. I do not race this car. I street drive...

    cam break in question

Installed a Lunati cam in my 340. Lunati recommends breaking it in with single valve springs then adding the centers after. I've never heard of doing this way. Also most guys of talked to break them in with the doubles. Any opinions or advice is greatly appreciated.

    cam break in

Got a new Lunati cam in the Duster. Lunati said to break in with the single valve springs then put the centers in after. I have talked to a lot of guys who never have done it that way. They installed the doubles and broke it in that way. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

    Removing heads

The hits keep on comin! Found out while putting on my intake that most of my bolt holes in my heads are stripped. Some look as if they were heli coiled in the past. So I need to remove them and take them to a machine shop to get drilled and tapped. My question is can I lift them by myself? The...
