Is there a flat hood that will fit a 67 Barracuda? I want to put a hood scoop on it and a flat hood would work well. I have an extra hood, but it has some rust issues and I am not thrilled about fixing it.

The door pin is coming loose, it appears it was repaired before with a larger washer. It is spider webbing and rusting. The metal is real thin. What is the best way to fix this?
