Every plastic PCV valve i've used squeaks like crazy, on both motors I've had in my Dart. At one time I had one with a metal base and that didn't squeak at all, no idea what happened to it! It's a 360 (71) with stock valve covers. Are there any good quality PCV valves we can buy that don't squeak?
