Hey gang got a question maybe someone can help me with. I just picked up a 71 Scamp. Car is a 225/auto, factory kelesy hayes manual disk brakes, 7 1/4 rear, small blot pattern front and rear. I have the build sheet and it has the B41 code for the disc brake. My book states that with the B41 code it should also have 10 inch rear drums. Is that right with a 7 1/4 rear? I assumed with the 7 1/4rear it had 9inch rear drums. If they are 10 inch drums are the backing plates the same as the a-body small bolt 8 3/4 rear? Are they worth pulling off? Thanks gang
